On Thursday, May 29th I moseyed on into Nurse Bettie in the LES. Here I found my sweet and lovely Burlesque friends, The Lady Aye, RunAround Sue, Legs Malone, Blackie Deuce, Weirdee Girl and the Singing Siren, Shelly Watson. What were they all doing there? They were there to raise money for Dr. Carter who is running a marathon in Alaska to raise money for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. How lucky is this guy...he has a bunch of beauties stripping down to raise money for his cause! Check out the pics I took at the event. The marathon is called Mayor's Marathon and Half Marathon and will be held on June 21st. If you would like to donate to Dr.Carter, email Lady Aye through her Myspace page.
